Overview
Using our form builder we built an entrance log for our own staff, where they take their temperatures and answer several other questions before continuing into the building.
In order to protect the privacy of each individual, we turned on a setting so that only the admin can see the results on screen.
We track this twice a day. They simply select their name, log their temperature with one scan and press submit.
